WHAT I DID
Collaborated with designers and product managers to articulate the benefit, determine the information architecture and tone, and align on key messages.
Developed new copy for testing, iterated based on user feedback, and delivered a matrix of copy for the personalization experience from entry to end point.
Oversaw curation and creation of 100s of in-app header cards, banner ads, and more to bring awareness of the new feature to users.
Edited additional copy for clarity, experience, and tone of voice. Oversaw and helped develop content for the product launch on Yelp’s social channels across the U.S. and Canada.
